Thank you for visiting today. My name is Robert Romano, and I am a therapist with offices in Darien and Westport, serving Fairfield, and New Haven County areas of Connecticut, and also nearby Westchester County in New York.  I also see patients by Telehealth. 

 

Chances are you’re here because you want to make a positive change in your life.  You may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, stuck, and you want to gain a better understanding of yourself so you can continue to grow and move forward.  You may be struggling with addiction, suffering from anxiety,  depression, or PTSD.  Perhaps your goal is to work towards stepping out of your comfort zone and becoming your very best self.  My objective as your therapist is to help you find that optimal path where you can achieve through counseling your full potential, and live your best life.
